Vocational courses for deaf & mute girls

Handicraft classes/sessions with materials
We recruited a trainer for three months to organise daily sessional classes for deaf & mute girls between the ages of 12 and 16. Our aim was to teach the girls handicraft skills so that once their places at the hostel were over (the girls could only stay until they reached 17), they would be able to earn some money.
After the three months had passed, based on the work that we had sponsored, the trainer secured local funding to continue the work.
