The Future

The mission to Surat and Sachin during Dec 08/ Jan 09 was very productive. Two projects were organised (see Projects Summary): the first was back at the Government School in Sachin (this included ensuring that the goods we'd donated to the school in 07/08 were being used appropriately) and the second involved donating blankets to an Old People's Home, also in Sachin (this was done in collaboration with the Giants Club).

It will be interesting to see what projects come up in time for the 09/10 mission. If donations stay at their current level we will be arriving in India with a similar sum to what we've spent in total over the last two missions.
